At Footwear, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your shoes in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are unworn and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original shoebox and secure it inside a shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
